"This is a nice hotel to stay in Batumi, basic, simple, huge building, prime location excellent view, good a/c, we were impressed with the room we got, staff speaks fluent English, front desk staff very helpful and friendly, miss Keti in guest relations was always following up our stay and looking after us, very friendly she was essential part of the grading. 2 elevators were not working and the line to get to the 40 floor was long, the elevator floor number doesn't match with your room floor number... a number mismatch, Bell boys the day we arrived we very rude, ignored us trying to find if we were in the right complex, construction in the vecinity and no parking is a drawback, foul smell from sewage overflowing and visible from next door building is very discusting (isnot orbit fault) no room service, but home delivery apps work fine, we had an over all nice stay, we will stay again in Orbi.
