"My stay from check in to check out was nothing short of perfect. The resort itself is so beautifully constructed, conveniently located in central Kuta. Amenities are beyond amazing and one of my favorites were their free bikes. Riding those bikes on the boardwalk were def one of the highlights. Staff is amazing and though I can't remember everyone's name, Indra in particular was so helpful and kind. Can't say enough to express how great my stay was but I will definitely be back so that should speak enough about my experience."

"Clean and good size room , I had 2 double bed room for myself and my teenage grandkids. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed, great buffet breakfast with variety. Hard Rock Hotel is a family friendly my grandkids love it, there’s also something to do everyday. We travel as family and it’s was 9 of us. "Fabulous stay. Great food and spacious, clean rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Laundry service and room service were top notch. If you are a light sleeper or off schedule from the time change avoid the rooms on the south side of the property as there is construction at the property next door. As a solo traveller there weren’t any places to hang out, like a bar, so I spent extra time in my room. Which was fine for me and restorative, but did get lonely. Next time, I’ll bring company. ♥️"
