"From the moment we checked into the moment we checked out everyone was lovely professional kind and the hotel was immaculate. Very clean and we loved all of the amenities especially the lovely staff at the stores in the lobby. I even enjoyed how accessible the parking garage was to get in and out of every single day. I will definitely be making this my go to hotel when I revisit the area. Special thanks and shout out to Arthur who made my check-in process very smooth. He was amazing."

"A great place to stay in downtown DC, easy to find and they have their own underground parking. This is an older property, but it’s in great shape. You can tell they keep on top of maintenance items and don’t let things get scruffy looking. I’ll book here again the next time I need to stay overnight in DC."

"The staff was very helpful. We arrived after one in the morning and they still offered us dinner in the bar downstairs. The bar had a great selection of wine and beer, plus spirits. The food menu was limited. The hotel parking was underground and very tight, but still fit my mini van. "

I enjoyed an omelet made with fresh ingredients every morning in addition to their many other breakfast selections. They have something for everyone, which is a struggle for me at some locations with celiac’s disease. "

"They need to get the elevator fixed. One has been out of service for a long time causing many delays. Also I got a handicapped room for some reason. I did not request one. Shower was difficult to use and bathroom set up was not arranged conveniently. I was told it’s what was indicated on my reservation. Don’t know how that got there."

"The Georgetown Inn is the only place in the district where I stay. I have been staying at The Georgetown Inn since the early 80s, and I will continue to stay there well into the 21st-century."
