"The supervisor on the front desk was terrible, she’s not nice and very rude. She needs to learn how to welcome guest in a friendly way!! My husband was very upset with her because at first we asked her if we can check in early because we had plans and the way she responded was very off and that makes my husband very angry and so they got into a heated argument. She even asked where we parked our car and we need to pay for the fee without even asking if we already had a parking spot booked outside, we just need to park for a few minutes to unload our stuffs and bring inside our room because we already booked a parking garage close to the hotel but it takes us an hour to finished checking in because we changed room thrice due to very loud AC fan and the room smells really bad. But after we settled and finally finished checking in, she then apologized about how she treated us during our stay. Despite what had happened earlier, the engineer that checked our AC was very kind and polite."

"Great value in the D.C. area. Initially paid for overnight garage parking, but there were no spots in the lot. Returned the tag, and was refunded the fee. There are usually overnight spots available in the neighborhood, but just something to keep in mind. It looks like the garage is undergoing repairs."

"Usually this hotel is top notch. However this time there was dust on the tv base, dirt in the corner of the bathroom. Also our room was laid out poorly. The tv didn’t face the bed or the chair. Weird! "

"The hotel is in a very convenient place. Traders Joe’s/places to eat in walking distance and take the metro that’s located at the bottom floor one stop and you get to Target and other places to eat. The hotel itself is very dated but had a nice setup. The downers being the shower that didn’t seem to work right, toilet had low pressure and the chair that I think had chocolate on it (I hope). Bed was very comfortable and good selection on the TV. Breakfast was kinda early but was pretty good, they give you lots of options and wasn’t too crowded. The plaza itself is empty but I liked it because it gave backrooms so that’s fun. There’s a lot of elevators in the building so just remember which floor to get too. The pool is closed at times because of the classes they hold but if you’re planning to swim probably do it at 8-9ish pm. Very heavy chemical smell so prepare your nose. The locker rooms are great tho shower and everything. I think you have to pay for WiFi but I didn’t worry about that because my hotspot sufficed. Staff was helpful, parking is kinda confusing because of the shared parking, very clean too. Overall would definitely stay again the location(and breakfast) is just that good."
