The only complaint I have is that when I went to breakfast at 7:30 am, there wasn’t any food. It had been cooked but was all gone when we went down. Good staff so I didn’t say anything figured they got rushed right before we got down there. I’d stay again.

The location seems very unsafe, probably due to the county jail being 2 blocks away. Some questionable individuals walking on the nearby areas, and even entering the hotel. My wife would not agree to stay after all we saw and felt

Looked like a drug exchange outside when my family and I walked in. It was weird. Very unprofessional the guy that I first encountered couldn’t help me had to call his mom. Had to wait for her to come check me in. She was nice but it’s weird. I didn’t even feel safe in the room tbh and was scared to leave my car outside.

You get what you pay for. After driving 12 hours, we just wanted to rest and give our 2 young kids a place to sleep. We didn’t sleep under the sheets, the place gave me the ick. It did its job, but absolutely wouldn’t stay again. Pros: room was large, AC was ice cold, quiet, front desk staff was super friendly, smelled clean and not like cigarettes or mold, didn’t see any bugs (which I was extremely worried about), elevator worked Cons: trash everywhere outside, pool was disgusting, area was kinda sus, very outdated and janky, bedding had stains and was uncomfortable, there was a dirty washcloth left behind in the bathroom, floor made our socks black.

Met some cool people, third floor had a lot of messed up rooms. No ice machines. No laundry room. No gym. Elevator was scary. There was no sign on building or by the room. Pool was extremely dirty

If catfishing was a hotel, this would be the one. Absolutely nothing like the pictures or description. Towels were stained and dirty as if they hadn't even been washed. (or just rinsed with water and nothing else). Shower was dirty from the people before us with hair, dirt, hand bands, and a razor lid and the water was nasty. Several cockroaches. Bedding was also just as dirty as the towels. Floor was filthy. After just a few steps, your feet or socks were BLACK. The air did not hardly work. We had it on 60 degrees, constant fan. The fan barely ran and it did not get below 74 in there the whole time. The rooms were not noise proof whatsoever. We heard everything from everywhere. The breakfast was very limited compared to what was advertised. The side emergency doors were propped open, and had what one could only assume were homeless, drug addicts hanging outside of them. I witnessed a female performing sexual acts on a man right outside the door. The parking lot was full of trash, more homeless people, and sketchy activity. The pet area was full of poop and no bags were in the "pet station". Upon checking in, there was a man sleeping in the lobby on the couch. The pool is in a very strange location and appeared to have construction going on so we did not even get close to it. It also appeared dirty and was very, very small compared to what is advertised. Overall, I am glad my dog, boyfriend and I are safe, and nothing happened to my vehicle. but I would NEVER stay here again.

The property is not in good condition. The room I was given was not properly cleaned. I was approached in the parking lot by someone pretending to work there, who asked to use my cell phone. When I went in to advise staff, they were in the midst of a virulent argument with a patron. Mildew and Spiders in the shower (I’d asked for a room with a tub). Outdated, broken furnishings. I checked out after an hour. Sacrificed $79 for this. I’ve learned my lesson about Sonesta properties. I ask that Expedia examine this chain and be more discerning about the hotels you offer.

Family Reunion quick stay ...Upon arrival and check the lobby had a an odor ( mildew smell) that was strong. Went into the room; just DIRTY. Under garments I'm both bed stands, the bathroom soap was opened and looked used, the pull out sofa mattress was filthy... I asked for another room and nothing was available... This was next level nasty ... The shower ( floor ) was discolored... I need a full refund....

TERRIBLE. Bedding is nasty. No towels. Stinks. Tv didn’t work. Sonesta should be embarrassed for even allowing these people to run a hotel with their branding. I want a refund but wouldn’t honor that. Price gouged too. Honestly may take it to court. Photos are NOT what you get.

Pro: directly across from the airport. Cons: shady people hanging outside of hotel at all times of the night/day. Rooms are outdated. Refrig needed defrosting...couldn't put anything inside due to ice buildup. View from backside windows is a junk yard or abandoned garage with junk cars.

The snell of pot is felt all the time. Apparently, the hotel is been used as housing for some families. Kids running around, lots of noises, old and dirty towels, room floors dirty, slippery bathroom tub. Poor breakfast. Clean but high traffic

Breakfast was hit or miss. We brought our own because we never knew how long it would be out. Not a big deal. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it is by the airport, I never once heard a plane. The pedestrian traffic was high with little kids (very polite) in the parking lot. Lots of noise in the lobby from like 9pm to midnight and the halls always smelled like food. Overall it was a good stay for the time we were there.
