Getting there, Skybus airport to Southern Cross station, free tram 86 along Bourke St to Russell St, walked through 2 allies, came out next to hotel. Really convenient. Excellent choice for Melbourne stay."

"Price was excellent but room servicing left a lot to be desired. First two days out of six a pass but forget the rest of the days, we had to ask for things like towels etc…even toilet paper. Bed not made and had to use our coffee cups three days in a row without clean ones. Floor was not vacuumed once etc etc. Will not stay there again."
