"The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind; especially Big & Megan!! The lift was great for my mom who has trouble going down the stairs. The location was absolutely perfect for walking around the city. Next time I’m in Bath I would love to stay here again. 10/10"

"The Hotel has a nice view of the river. The room was clean and comfortable but rather small, there was only room for one chair in the room so with two guests one would have to sit on the bed. The bathroom was adequate but again rather small. This was Ok for a one night stay but if we were staying longer it would have felt quite cramped. There was no guide to hotel facilities in the room and the telephone was not working. Staff were approachable and friendly but I felt they were understaffed at times, particularly in the restaurant. The continental breakfast was rather uninspiring with a very limited choice of cereals. It would have been helpful to have known about the car parking charge in advance rather than being told upon checkout."
