"Friendly staff, perfect location and value for money."

"The staff were welcoming and helpful- I was delighted that they had kindly upgraded me. The hotel itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout. I had a lovely breakfast. The location was close to the centre and the major attractions. I had a very enjoyable stay."

"Lovely garden a tranquil oasis close to the greenest walk into town through the Botanical Gardens Very comfortable beds"

"Absolutely wonderful! We loved our host and appreciate his helpfulness and conversation!"

"The staff were polite and helpful from checking in, meals to the time we checked out. The rooms were well maintained and the bed was very cosy and comfortable with quality bed linen, pillows and duvet all aiding a great nights sleep. We had an evening meal and breakfast with both using quality products and cooked very well. A very enjoyable stay at a good location for Bath."

"Very good cooked breakfast and overall good value for money"

"It’s a nice place plus it has free parking and breakfast is included."

"The staff were welcoming and professional, all needed info given for a smooth check-in. However, the room was very run down with flaking paint, mould, stained carpets and walls. Bed was very soft and tired, like everything else. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Hairs and toothpaste visible on the sink and a a very dirty toilet. I knew the room was cheap, but if I'd known the level of the accommodation, I would have paid the extra to go elsewhere."
