Service is good check in fast . Booked for a family room which is no window and floor with a carpet. Regret to choose this room cos the carpet have a strong smell. After went back to home my son have a fever.

First impression of the room was that For the price it looked good but as you dive into the details you can see the age in the bathroom(oxidation) due to age. The sheets weren’t perfectly white as it’s aged. My problem was the sheets had old stains. However I placed a towel over it and surprisingly had a good sleep. The sheets didn’t smell so they did change it and my room was non-smoking which I totally appreciated.

Poor cleanliness and Noisy KTV disturbance
Location was not too bad, walking distance to Nagoya Mall. However, the interior decor and the building looks old and dated. Towels are bedsheets are not clean, (can still see stains). There is a KTV located at the 4th storey of the hotel which opens 7pm till late. We kept hearing the ktv noises even till wee hours in our 3rd storey rooms, disturbing our sleep. Unlikely to return to this hotel.

Like it as it is a close walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre. Staff are friendly too. Has a bubble tea shop at level 1 that does room service at no extra cost.
However the room and pillow can be smell of smoke. There is also a ktv that open till 3am, can't sleep well as it can be loud at times.

My Worst Hotel Stay
The hotel is very old. Need more renovation. Curtain and blanket look so old. Air-con cannot feel any cold or cool at all.Not reconment to stay. Weekend price not cheap

Great location as its walking distance to nagoya mall.
Staff are friendly
However toilet is dirty and stain..shower water pressure is low and unadjustable.
Bed is comfortable and spacious room only that è comforter and bedsheet is smelly.
