"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Montigo. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Elisabet who was always so lovely and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved our huge room with private pool to relax in! Loved the jetsking and ATV. Also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and beautiful restaurants on site. Overall we had a lovely stay and would come back again!"

"Really impressed with the service! The staff were warm, friendly and very attentive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, including an early check-in, which we really appreciated as we were travelling with a toddler. A special mention to Wan, who handled our check-in seamlessly and did so with so much warmth and friendliness. We really appreciated the thoughtful service. The variety at the dinner buffet was good as well. I really love staying at this hotel. This isn’t my first stay here, and it definitely won’t be my last! Overall, we felt very well taken care of and truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. 😊"

"Got the room with the balcony, which was great. Dining at the hotel; buffet breakfast and dinner was great, good spread of varieties just shame that simple soft drinks such as Coke is not included with the buffet dinner. Hotel is also close and within walking distance from the reopened and revamp mall, which mean good dining options. Hotel is on the quieter side of Batam though, so meaning is farther away from the city center"

"To begin with, you will be recieved with great hospitality from the front desk to the other staffs at large.The rooms are well kept,however regular maintenance need to be addressed. Located near restaurants , convenient shops and a large food court serving a varieties of locals and Asian food.By night you can also chill with cold beers and a staged live band."

"The property was built quite a long time ago. Even so, the stay was very good with all the necessities in place and working well. Staff were excellent and the food served at the restaurants were of good value and tasted great."
