"This was our first trip to 1927 Lake Lure Hotel but not the last I hope. Staff was excellent and so helpful. The room was very clean. The whole property is so pretty and the antiques are a very nice touch in the lobby as well as on every landing. "I had another booking but changed 24 hours prior to arrival due to reviews. I am so glad I did! This was the most relaxed atmosphere I have experienced traveling. Front desk clerk was amazing and helpful. The building was clean, continental breakfast was pleasing, pool was clean and parking was a breeze! I will definitely be booking here again. It was 3 females alone and we felt 100 percent safe! To be a smaller place in the less expensive side this was a gem! "
