"Arrivati in hotel alle 1645 ca, abbiamo trovato le stanze gelate, chiesto il motivo, é stato risposto che i riscaldamenti si accendevano alle ore 17. Avevo prenotato 3 stanze di cui 1 con un neonato, ho chiesto una scaldino per la stanza e me ne è stato dato 1 ma questo non funzionava. Box doccia con porta cadente e tanti altri disagi. Gestione superficiale e approssimativa. "

"I’ve stayed at Hotel Giotto twice now and it’s such a great place. The views are amazing from the room. The spa was a great way to unwind from all the walking. We had dinner there for two nights that was impressive, the duck dish was a unique dish that I thought was amazing. They also have parking, which is unique for Assisi Also even though is in a ZTL zone , it’s not photo enforced so you can drive directly to the hotel and park there. "
