"The kitchen was small, we arrived topopcorn around coffee table and carpet torn dirty.. Also I was chased to my car by some man who triet to pull me, he left with some other person parked almost in front of lobby. Not very secure."

"The suite we got was just about in great condition. The only things that bothered me I could tell the bedding had not been changed as there were fecal stains on the blanket that i unfortunately did not notice until i pulled off the sheets the next day to make sure they were replaced for the next guest. Luckily the stains were on the side that I was not laying in. Breakfast was over by the time my family and I arrived. That was my mistake as I was used to breakfast hours from other hotels. The website does advertise two pools but I’m not sure if one was out of order or I just was not able to access. The hot tub at the main pool by the office was also out of order. The furniture by the pool needs to be cleaned it was very uncomfortable sitting on them as the filth was visible. The staff was great very polite. My kids really enjoyed the stay so much they wanted to move in. It was just minor details that can be fixed. "

"I highly recommend for solo and family travelers!! The Staff displayed excellent hospitality and kindness (a very special shout out to Brenda and Gabriella)!! The airport is walking distance and the location felt safe and provided many options for dining and was central to other shopping experiences too. "

"Easy check in, area is a little dated. Stayed on first floor and outside patio areas has little sound cancellations. Could hear neighbors conversation like they were sitting in my room. "

"The room was antiquated, it was hit-or-miss when to turn on a light IF they had lightbulbs in the sockets. The breakfast, and the serving lady, were the ONLY saving grace. The food was hot and delicious and the attendant had more customer service skill than the front desk clerk."

"Used to be our favorite El Paso Hotel. Now: no free breakfast if you book through Expedia, they only clean your room every three days, if you’re staying several days, you have to set your trash cans in the hall for the staff to pick up, you have no place to hang your bath towels since the staff only cleans your room every three days and the staff seems to hate their jobs. I will be looking for another place to stay. Really sad."
