"It was a great experience from check in to check out. My only negative comment is about the level of noise from the adjacent rooms . Rooms are not well insulated and you can hear everything."
"Nice Hotel and friendly staff. Close to transport links, I used the train to go most places in and around Izmir. Typical Turkish breakfast which I was OK with. The area around the hotel is residential with a significant number of hospitals. I was content walking around there day and night."

"Wife and i had an absolutely perfect experience here. VERY clean, staff is happy and eager to help you, very classy and comfortable place. Great breakfast buffet with both indoor and outdoor seating, phenomenal italian restaurant on the roof with an amazing view of Izmir, and an awesome pool area. Pool is big, clean, and the staff was on point with their service. This is my new favorite place to vacation and we will be back next year! Thank you all at the Swissotel izmir!"
"The first room we were given smelled of cigarettes, so we asked reception to change it. The second room had no odor, but we were subjected to loud music all night long. There was so much noise that we thought the window was open, but it wasn't. It shouldn't have heard so much outside noise."
"The property is in a really good location, I've been walking to everywhere. Breakfast is not bad, they have a nice selection. The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially the guy on night shift (Vulcan).
Originally my room was on the 1st floor, but it was a bit noisy as I was opposite the main stairway. They moved me to the 3rd floor which was much better. I had a look at some of the larger rooms, and these were actually really nice with a view. I would come back."
