"AC did not work in first premium. Were moved to a 2nd room where electric went out two times"

Oatlands Park Hotel

"We were lucky enough to hold our wedding at The Oatlands Park Hotel. We had a celebratory meal in the Garden Room. We also stayed in the Superior Deluxe Room. It was a very hot day, fortunately the hotel has air conditioning which was wonderful. The room was very clean and a very comfortable bed. The food for the wedding meal was delicious. We can’t fault the staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly. We would like to say a very special thank you to Lorna from the Events team Matthew and Mikey. We are so happy we booked Oatlands Park Hotel and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Debbie and Alan"

Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor

"We were looked after from beginning to end. Matthew checked us in and out. He was very polite and helpful. The room was lovely, no issues at all. Very quiet and beds were so comfy. For breakfast we had the best service I've had outside of a cruise ship. We were looked after by Joy and Jenny who were so attentive and kind. They made our kids feel really important and they loved staying here. Would 100% recommend. Great lego land too!"

"It was fine for a night... but very hot in the room during the heatwave. Fan in the cupboard gave some relief. Only one set of towels for a double, not enough for two people wich unfortunately we didn't realise until the morning. It fitted standard room description well, it was fine for short stay and staff are friendly."
