"On arrival, the front of house staff member that I spoke to was terrible. He struggled to find me on the system. Assumed my partner was Mr H & that the room booked for my daughter (18) was mine! He didn't explain that the card was needed to use the lift, etc. The hotel itself was clean & tidy."
