"Roaches are on the Apt Flat 7. The Management stated that We brought the roaches! Hot water ran out, we had to restart the system. My wife daughter and son all had to experience cold showers. Neighbors smoking outside and all the smoke came in. Fridge temperature would either be too cold or not cold enough. Bathrooms smell like sewer. "The room and the bed was comfortable and all the staff were really friendly, they were very kind with offering insights about the city. Only negative side was that room was a bit too cold for me. The AC was centralized so it was not made possible but I was offered extra blankets and warm tea before going to bed, which was very thoughtful of them."
