"First impressions when we arrived, was that the hotel was in an uninviting area. We had to push a few door bells and it was all automated opening. It felt a bit too easy to get in to the building, which raised concerns about security. When we got to the room it was nicely set-up for our toddler, and a spacious place. "Al mio arrivo l’hotel era chiuso. Quando ho chiamato al numero di telefono scritto sull’insegna, mi è stato risposto che la prenotazione era stata annullata. Mi è stato detto dalla proprietaria che non collaborava più con Expedia, che non aveva più stanze e che in ogni caso non avrebbe potuto applicarmi la cifra a cui io avevo prenotato. "Of the four different hotels we stayed during our visit, this was the best overall. The best breakfast ever had at any hotel in our experience. Extremely helpful staff; very quiet room despite the fact of being across the street from the train station/trams. Large, nicely decorated rooms. all amenities needed. Excellent location because walkable distance to Po River, main plazas, museums, shops, restaurants, parks and train station. Truly pleased"
