The building is nice it has it's own unique charm. The rooms are nice and very clean. The hotel is very close to the airport but there is no noise from the planes. I don't know about attractions near by because I just needed a place for my family to sleep before our flight.

We had a late arrival into Turin airport and an early departure. Jet Hotel was incredibly convenient with a kind, helpful staff, clean room, good hotel restaurant and lovely breakfast. We couldn't have made a better choice.

It was very close to the Turin airport. The receptionist offered to book a taxi before I asked him. The evening receptionist was very friendly.

If you need to stay close to the airport at Turin, this is the best place. It’s a brief taxi ride that costs about $15. All other hotels are farther from the airport. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms are basic - no frills - but affordable, clean and have what you need. There is a restaurant but I didn’t try it. There is a bar but it closes at 10 pm. The staff is happy to arrange a taxi for you to the airport (which opens at 4 am). I arrived late and had to take another flight out at 6 am and it was perfect for my needs. There is a lift and it seemed everything was handicap accessible.

Halls are dim and unlit. Front desk staff was rude and provided no information. Unable to get a taxi to provide service from hotel to Turin. Asked about hotel bar which was listed as an amenity; front desk directed to restaurant, which was currently closed, working staff there directed to front desk. There is no bar. Room service also unavailable even though listed as an amenity. Called taxi for early morning flight; was chastised by shuttle driver for not arranging them even though that service was never relayed to me by the front desk. Taxi from hotel to airport (around 1/2 mile?) was 30 euros. Nothing provided in room other than a single water bottle in mini fridge; no other food places around. Restaurant was mediocre and you have to flag someone down for any service. Only upside is close location to airport; would search for another close hotel in the future instead of repeating this visit.
