We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). "Very friendly staffs. We LOVED the thermal pool! Natural hot springs. 3 different pools and very relaxing. They also have a bar/cafe right next to the thermal pool and they serve fresh squeezed juices. Breakfast - most selections. Very delicious. "
