"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice as is the pool. The building is not complete. The upstairs bar was not available.
The menu is tiny and the food portions tiny. It is chronically understaffed. The breakfast was poor. We would not eat dinner there and bought more breakfast elsewhere.
Coffee was rubbish.
The wifi was hopeless to connect. Every day go to the office for a new code. Sometimes twice a day.
No mention of cash only till departure checkout! No warning at all!

"Not many frills, but it comes with a kitchenette (not many restaurants in Basco), plenty of drinking water, and AC. Walking distance from the airport, very helpful staff. Mattresses and pillows are high quality."

"Staff were very accommodating & very nice too . Clean rooms & super fresh dinner menu . Though the menu is limited, the Chef was flexible & gave us options based on availability. They could expand on beverage selections & keep on hand stock . WiFi was excellent. Pool was very clean .
The owners were extremely wonderful. The hotel is a great place to stay & i will return & stay there again . We had breakfast at the roof top & we also watch the stunning sunsets there . Truly a beautiful place...

"Staff and accomodations excellent. Near restaurants and convenience stores. Walkable to airport but property has own shuttle service to pick and drop guests to and from airport. Will recommend. Special mention to Chris and Russell who made our stay despite the bad weather relaxing and worth the stay."
