"When we checked into this Taj hotel we did not receive a clean room. I expressed this to the staff at breakfast and they went above and beyond to the point that they gave me an upgraded different room. I was appreciative of this gesture and it made us feel very welcome. Breakfast at this hotel is excellent - it is a must to include in your booking.
