"We arrived at the Hotel, showed our booking reservation details to the receptionist. She said that the hotel was full and we could not stay there. She took us to the Laxman hotel next door. It was of lesser quality than the one we booked. Also no breakfast provided which we had paid for. We only stayed for one night. The room, especially the bathroom was dirty. "utterly utterly bad,never ever ever will stay here, to start with bad, filthy, smelly rooms, no locks on cupboard, no hot water (in Dec) had to wait for heating rod for 3hours, tried to charge for complimentary water bottle had to argue to get it free, breakfast only 2 pooris that too delivered in room (after 10.00 AM only) anything extra is chargeable, after breakfast at 10.00 AM when do they expect to go for work, VERY VERY WORST these are honest opinion and anyone doesn't believe please do...

"While the hotel looks centrally located, it is down a charmless side street, next to a wedding venue that is incredibly loud in the evenings. The front desk staff was friendly, they were initially unable to help with most problems (shower not working, etc) and when they said they’d send someone, I inevitably had to follow up twice. The kitchen restaurant (and “pool”) is located in a charmless basement, and kitchen staff was downright rude and argumentative when asked for room service, which was supposed to be standard. Bellboys expected to be tipped for doing nearly nothing, and the desk clerk wouldn’t allow me to pay for incidentals with a credit card because “he needed cash.” All in all, a disappointment."
