"All staff were so friendly and polite and went above and beyond to make your stay the best possible. The breakfast was outstanding with a beautifully relaxed dining room. The entire hotel was decorated lovely with cool relaxing palettes on the walls. We had an executive double which was a little smaller than expected but very tastefully presented. Only criticism was the hardness of the bed which did impact on our quality of sleep and there were a few hairs in the bath and shower on arrival. Overall, a great find and in a perfect location."

"My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable, if a little warm (April). Only used the bar and restaurant once. Breakfast was nice; busy but well managed by the staff. Only slight issue was a queue for coffee as not all the machines were working. We both used the leisure suite. Gym was well equiped and the pool clean and quiet if you timed it right, ie adults only time. I had a facial which was amazing."

"Lovely clean room. The only criticism is the bathroom. It was lovely & clean but not very practical for someone who doesn't want a bath or sit down shower. Also the tempered glass doors were not practical. I dont think even your partner wants to see what you are doing in the bathroom! No privacy. The staff were excellent. "

"The room was clean and everything smelt fresh. The jacuzzi bath in the Suite was Devine. The staff were super friendly and helpful - 10 out 10 😊. The big whirlpool/jacuzzi was lovely. The breakfast (room service) was mediocre at best - 1st morning it was cold and the poached egg was solid, the fresh fruit was just an apple (very disappointing). The 2nd morning was a little improved. Other than that we lived our stay and will be back 😊"

"If you like decent coffee included in breakfast dont take this option. Breakfast was edible but that was jt and the beds were so soft and uncomfortable, the air con doesn't work properly either "
