Toilet broken so if flushed it kept trickling of water for ever. Had to lift lid to stop the water.

Whitewater Spa & Leisure Club
Hotel was good, but, refused entry to the restaurant. Arrived to eat at 1930 only to be told firstly, they couldn’t seat us as they were busy, then they could seat us but we couldn’t order any food for 45 mins and then the food would take another 30mins after that. I counted 6 people in the restaurant. ...
