"The breakfast was wonderful, everything you may wish for. The only true negative was the door to the suite constantly rattled with every gust of wind (very windy there) and it was a challenge to eliminate the noise. I have mobility issues and the tub/shower was not well suited for me. Staff was very attentive and most gracious at check in. Did not use the pool as was much too windy"

"We went through the online check in process and got annoyed once as it didn't save my progress when the kid grabbed my phone and minimized the app. It did make access smooth but wasn't necessary as there was staff at the front desk when we arrived (we weren't sure we would be in time for that). Really convenient grocery store around the corner and plenty of free parking but off season the restaurants were all closed most of the time (not really our thing to eat out but thought I'd mention it because we saw people wandering looking for food). We walked to the fort after driving to the lighthouse the day before and seeing how it was on the way. Awesome nature preserve accessed by going through the fort with a wonderful walk and views."
