"This was the first time I stayed at a bed and breakfast. I feel bad for any place else I would ever have to stay at because I don’t feel it could be comparable. Sorry all the other places !!
It was absolutely perfect from start to finish and Heather was so accommodating due to our late arrival. Myself and my 11-year-old daughter.
She wanted to go and stay the next night as well but the services were not needed. But if so, 100% that’s where we would’ve been resting our head. "
"The staff was great. The room was clean. The A/C worked great. Those are the most important things to me when I stay at a hotel, so great job with those! I would recommend it to someone else. The only negative I would say is that the person working in the cleaning area next to the complimentary breakfast was not so friendly when I asked if it was closed. It closed at 9:30 (I hadn’t realized it was approx 9:45), my daughter was about to grab a muffin, and you’d think she would have said “yes we’re closed, but please help yourself to anything here!” She didn’t. She seemed a little mad. That’s not acceptable, in my opinion. "
"Room and lobby were very clean. Noticed that some lighting fixtures were a bit loose and the mini fridge had some trouble getting cool. All other aspects of my stay were wonderful. I would recommend to other traveling into Worcester."
"The hotel was very clean and staff was nice. If you’re in town for a show, it’s a great location. Not a ton of good dining options in the immediate area, however there was an UNO’s Pizzeria attached to the hotel which was decent and had friendly bartenders. "
"The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It felt very high end for the price. The little touches were so nice, from the coffee station to the reading lights on the walls to the robe in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again."
