"This was a great value. We had nice spacious accommodations in a centrally located area that was only minutes away from stores and restaurants. The hosts were very kind, responsive, and helpful. We will definitely be back!"
"What a hidden gem! We were a little anxious when driving through town. It has a charming quality but parts seemed a little run down. The hotel was lovely. All the staff, from the front desk, to servers, to cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful. We ate in the lounge. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The fitness center was huge with two racquetball and one basketball court. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The only negative was the WiFi. It is public (so less security) and service was spotty. For example, it didn't work at all in the fitness center. But this was a minor inconvenience. I would recommend anyone staying here and if I'm ever passing through, I would definitely stay again."

"We always enjoy our stays at The Publick House. The grounds are so beautiful and the restaurant is fun. Love the complimentary baked goods in the morning. They are dog friendly which for us is a must. Look forward to our next stay!"
"Located in the heart of UMass Amherst campus, the convenience to the college is unsurpassed. The staff welcomed us, accommodated all our requests, was friendly and genuine. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything needed. A++++ one of the friendliest and comfortable places I’ve stayed in a while."
"Very comfortable room. Bed and pillows were outstanding. Staff was friendly, maintenance staff, don’t know his name was kind and helped us with our door. For some reason our key card didn’t work. I had to go to front desk to get new cards. I don’t know if it’s the lock on the door, but it takes three tries to get in. "
