"Very unwelcoming front desk. At one point the breakfast lady and the front desk staff were arguing because she was taking too long in the kitchen. Overall bad experience."

"The rooms were clean and spacious, but our heat/air didn't work in the first room so we were miserably hot the first night. They did switch our room when another became available the next day. The next room's bathroom sink did not drain. The pool was closed despite being closed the previous month for the same repair. I specifically called to make sure it was going to be open and of course right before we arrived it closed, for the same reason it was closed the precious month! At one point there was only 1 elevator working. I don't mean 1 set of elevators, I mean literally 1 elevator. They fixed it within a day. The breakfast was good eith fresh fruit, fresh made omlets, eggs, etc. Overall for the price and disappointments, I would not recomment this hotel."

"Under construction is what we should have been told. We arrived Thursday night,, No coffee pot, no microwave . Room not refreshed with clean towels. We had to go to the office for towels and about the water pressure. They charge additional $50. . No water pressure to take a shower on Sunday. Was told 20 percent of my room rate would be refunded. I have not received anything yet.. Please remove this property from your listing. "
