"Great room in a central part of time. Only minutes from Saint Mark square and other tourist spots. City turned electricity off one day that we were there and staff did all they could do to minimize the impact. Would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent location and view. Noise is expected and part of living in the area. Staff were kind and courteous. There was a rush for breakfast even in mid March. Some.noise at night from the usuage of laundry machines in the floor. Loved my stay though"

"You cannot beat the location. Steps from Piazza San Marco, and a relatively short walk to Ponte de Rialto, and of course great restaurants and shopping all around. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room itself was great - nicely updated and comfortable. It was an added bonus to have breakfast included, though I would likely eat out if I were to do it again as there are better options. The only thing holding this back from a five star review is the smell, which is tough to get past. It wasn’t noticeable in the room, but once you stepped into the hallway, it was incredibly strong. If you can get past that, it is a wonderful hotel with an exceptional location."

"I booked in the annex building and was assigned to Room 509. I am 5’ll” in height and kept hitting my head on the room’s ceiling beams. Not sure if all the rooms are all the same. Other than that, the location is perfect and centrally located in Venice, the hotel staff are great, and the hotel is very clean. "

"Great location. Efficient and knowledgeable staff. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean and with comfortable beds. There is no lift in the building so please be aware of you have lots of luggage or struggle with mobility. "

The location is perfect - an easy walk to all the places we wanted to visit and lots of great restaurants close by. Perhaps the outstanding feature of our stay was the staff. They were incredible!
