A little tucked away in a ‘nothing to speak of village’ but a perfect stop off location for Olite with its medieval castle and Bardenas Reales - we were provided with a substantial picnic for €12 each. "Stopped off for one night on route to Southern Spain with our two dogs. It was our first visit to Olite and we will definitely return! Olite is a lovely medieval village with pretty cobbled narrow streets. The hotel is family run with a wine cellar and cosy restaurant/bar serving traditional Spanish food.
