Fantastic service and attention

We are travelling the world on our bikes and the staff here were very welcoming and kind which is lovely when you arrive exhausted from a big day cycling! The room was very spacious and the beds super comfortable. Dinner was perfect. The food and service both excellent and we were made to feel special. Great service all round and I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again! Highly recommend!

Very atmospheric hotel with excellent service. A little tucked away in a ‘nothing to speak of village’ but a perfect stop off location for Olite with its medieval castle and Bardenas Reales - we were provided with a substantial picnic for €12 each. The evening menu was simple but substantial and very good value.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach und sauber. Etwas hellhörig, da es ein sehr altes Gebâude ist, Das Essen ist einfach und lecker. Der Ort selbst ist nicht interessant, aber sehr nah a den Bardenas Reales gelegen.

No entiendo las puntuaciones tan altas

La estancia en este lugar deja mucho que desear. Me guié por las altas valoraciones y a los comentarios tan buenos de los demás huespedes. Después de haber pasado dos días aquí puedo decir que parece que nos hemos alojado en otro sitio totalmente diferente. Las habitaciones enmoquetadas con muebles del año Carolo... El desayuno de 8€ no lo es, un café malisimo y poca variedad de productos. Casi ni fruta había, unas naranjas y unos kiwis para comertelos el año que viene. Las cenas dejan mucho que desear. Nos comentaron que al ser fiestas los cocineros no estaban disponibles y solo estaban los ayudantes. Pero que pidas jamón con tomate y te saquen un sobre de jamón... sólo faltaba encontrarte con los plastiquitos que hay entre lonchas. La verdad que estamos decepcionados.

Alojamiento maravilloso y con encanto, rústico y

Estuve alojado varios días por trabajo. Es un alojamiento pequeño, familiar y con un encanto especial, muy tranquilo y acogedor. Estar durmiendo en un edificio que fué en su momento un seminario pero rehabilitado con mucho gusto, combina lo rústico con modernidad y sin faltar ninguna comodidad. Es un lujo de ambiente para el que busca tranquilidad y calidez . Respecto el personal simplemente todo m@s excelente, especial mención a Reyes que su amabilidad, seriedad y dedicación te hacen sentir como en casa. No quiero terminar sin comentar el tema de las cenas, otro lujo inesperado, cocina sencilla pero de muy alto nivel y preparación de escuela a precio de menú. Os recomiendo el Coulant de Mario... pocos restaurantes y hoteles lo saben preparar como el grande Mario. Seguro repetiré con mi familia y visitaremos ese paraje natural con son las Bardenas Reales.

Excellent hôtel et restaurant

Très belle chambre, confortable et grande. Très bon accueil avec la responsable qui parle français. Nous recommandons le dîner qui était excellent et raffiné pour un prix très raisonnable de 17€. Le petit déjeuner est également complet et bien bon. Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement.

quelques jours à proximité des Bardenas

La façade de l'hotel est magnifique ! Passé l'entrée, l'intérieur est plus classique. La chambre à l'étage est simple et assez grande. L'espace toilette est accessible via une porte coulissante qui manque un peu d'intimité. Le petit déjeuner en mode buffet est simple et bon mais pas varié. Le diner, différent tous les soirs, propose entrée - plat - dessert pour 17€ : bon rapport qualité prix ! La ville de Villafranca où se situe l'hotel est quasi déserte, avec peu de commerces.

Excelente elección para pasar unos días cerca de las Bardenas y la zona Media Navarra. Acogedor, confortable y renovado. Buena cena con productos de proximidad. La recepción es muy amable, le aconsejará sobre los atractivos que no hay que dejar de ver en la zona.

Pro: Las duenas were very nice, made me feel welcome. Room had a great view, was quiet, and warm, Con: smoked-in. The tobacco odor was a big negative for me.
