"The only good thing was my room was close to elevators. But I don’t know where to begin! It’s an old resort from 1968. The elevators took AT LEAST half hour to arrive at the 16th floor! Also the elevators didn’t work half the time ! Staff did not speak English very well! There was no fridge or microwave in room. Our room was not cleaned very well. The toilet was disgustingly dirty under the rim! The bathroom bathtub could have used a good bleaching or scrubbing. It was a holiday and very noisy...

"I did express check-in and check-out, so I did not have any interactions with the Front Desk staff. I did have a man cleaning windows walk me all the way to the Uber pick-up location after asking him where it was. I appreciated it so much, considering I probably never would have found it on my own.
The hotel was a breath of fresh air...literally. Whatever scent is being used in the rooms is wonderful. We could also barely smell the cigarette smoke when walking through the casino, which is a big...
