"I book this hotel got the confirmation and was all set. When I flight landed in Kilimanjaro I got a message from the hotel say my room was double booked and I would have to stay somewhere else that I did not choose. This is unacceptable. Don't chance your vacation on maybe or maybe not having the room you booked available."

"I loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...
