"The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. Breakfast was really good. I just wish it already came as a full meal instead of adding rice separately. Room delivery is 20 pesos, which is pretty reasonable if you prefer eating in your room since the lobby dining area isn’t the best. There’s also a 50 peso fee if you want to use the microwave for outside food. The staff are very nice and helpful, which made the stay even better."

"Staff were very accommodating and courteous. Room upkeep quality was good on a daily basis. Room had a nice view of the city. Romulo Cafe at the ground floor is a must try if u staying here."

"Not impress. The whole building has smell due to broken sewer, the place was surrounded by public market. I’ll give a room 6/10 and the second floor is was amazing and the server is nice."

"Roachs and bed bugs. The working staff that did most of the work was very helpful and tried to do the best they could. But the management are penny pinchers. Meaning you had to pretty much fight with them to get what you were supposed to get free. All in all pretty good bang for the buck. "

"Our room was dusty and it looked like a semi finished apartment. The tv at check in was broken, maintenance did come to replace it. The windows were dirty and overall, the room didn’t feel clean."
