"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. "This property is good value for its location. Staff was super helpful. The only thing I would remind anyone who wants to stay in Sveti Stefan is the amount of stairs you will need to climb from the beach to your hotel room. But this is true for most properties in the town. "
