Little touches like slippers, Crocs for the infinity pool, and a Bluetooth speaker added a special charm to our experience and made our stay feel even more luxurious and personal. What really made our time unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with great variety. The portions were generous, and we’re pretty sure we left having gained a few happy pounds! The resort itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. We truly miss our time at Kalandara Resort and would return in a heartbeat. "Amazing Villa. The garden and pool are fantastic make you feel like you are in your own little world. My absolute favourite area is the outdoor sunken lounge. Perfect to relax and read a book away from the sun. Bed are comfortable and living area is very large. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It’s a little out of town so you will need to hire scooters to get around. The Villa have them available at a good price. "

"We stayed one night in an Ocean Premier Room after spotting the hotel and deciding to book because it looked beautiful. The property is stunning. The architecture, cliffside setting, and ocean views are incredible — one of the most visually impressive resorts we’ve seen in Lombok. The staff were kind, however receiving service was difficult. Even simple requests like ordering a drink felt challenging, which made parts of the stay uncomfortable. Communication and overall hospitality flow felt lacking for a resort of this standard. A beautiful property with incredible views, but the service needs refinement to match the setting."
