"This hotel was an awful place in my trip. It smells with no friendly reception and rude because they do not speak English. Property has wrong address. Cab spent 30 minutes around to find this hotel and cost me more to pay to the driver. There is a phone number but they do not answer."

"Everything was good in its price. Friendly staff, free parking. The hotel is clean and cozy, and there was a restaurant also on the first floor, with very delicious Khinkali and other Georgian food also. The cleaners also washed and ironed my clothes."

"The staff is nice and the linens are clean but this is not a good hotel. Bring slippers as there is carpet in the room which is extremely dirty and stained so you will not want to walk on in with your bare feet. The air conditioner freezes so don't put the temp below 23 C and close the bathroom door with the fan on after a shower or it will freeze the A/C. "It's a bit outside of the center but the standard is very good and there is a metro station less than 5 minutes of walk from the hotel. No breakfast but it was not a problem for me, this time."
