Convenient location near central mall. Rooms are little outdated and bed was good but most rooms smell of dirty toilet/urine smell throughout the room. And limited towels. Staff is kind and helpful tho and management needs to do better on quality cleaning and maintenance

Clean room, Staff friendly, Airport shuttle is excellent and easy to find, breakfast is great, this is our second time staying at this property and we will return, great idea for early departure or late night departure.
Would recommend this hotel to our friends and family
Only we had wonderful and relaxing stay.
Only downside far from everything.

Fantastic staff, especially the breakfast crew and the omelette guy . Front desk was efficient in extending our stay and with local suggestions and recommendations. Room was super quiet and the hospitality workers were timely and thorough. I would stay here again for sure. Thanks to the whole staff.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to BTS skytrain and metro line to the airport. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The gym and pools are a plus! The hotel restaurant is open 24 hours and the food was delicious.
