"I stayed on the 17th floor Club room and it has everything we needed and more. The Panpuri brand of shampoo, conditioner and soap was excellent. I bought Panpuri items to take home. The Club Lounge staff were responsive to our needs and the food spread was great. The hotel location is another plus - short walk to Pratunam Market, Playinum Mall and CentralWorld."

"The location is very good. Beside is 7 Eleven and walking distance to Pratunam morning market, Big C, Platinum Mall and Central World. Nice lemon tea to be served as welcome drink and liked the lemon smell while stepped into the hotel. Highly recommended this hotel if you want to explore Pratunam areas.
