"My first time in Bangkok and the ENTIRE staff were so nice and welcoming and the food was undoubtedly the best there was. I highly recommend this place and you won’t be upset you did."
"the BTS station is just 2 mins walk and there is 7-11 in front of hotel. The food at the hotel steak house was great. It's our second visit to this hotel and we had a great stay. This hotel is best for family travel. "
"Very friendly staff, 24/7 front desk very convenient for later check-ins. Directly by a train station therefore very easy to reach. The rooms and shared bathrooms were very clean, all very modern. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you! "

"Liked Breakfast options with order to make station.Good selection of fresh salad and fruits. All the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. From check in to Club Lounge the service was amazing and very welcoming.Club room is worth the upgrade. You get room at higher floor with view and club lounge access "
"Hotel has some pro and cons. The hotel is beautifully designed, but the bedding is not the most comfortable compared to many 5 star resorts out there. They had a shuttle that takes customers to the BTS station, but it's better if you book one that is within walking distance to a BTS starion. Staff and service was great. Would not stay here again due to location. "
"Really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would go back again. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The cleaniness of the rooms and common areas is well maintained. The breakfast provided was amazing - there was a wide range of varieties every day, and the food was very vegetarian and vegan friendly. The hotel is also near a convenience store for any quick groceries, and the rooms have a small stove in the kitchen as well. The hotel is a walkable distance away from the BTS skytrain stop, and its distance from popular tourist areas makes it easy to call cabs reasonably."
