"This is a wonderful boutique hotel. The location is so convenient- steps from the BTS station with lots of dining options within walking distance as well. We liked the common kitchen area, the fairy tale theme and decor, and the apartment-like room. I would highly recommend this hotel! "

"We stayed at the Kokotel in Bangkok for 12 days and our stay was excellent. The reception staff especially Chai was very helpful. We had our room cleaned every other day and would recommend this hotel any day. We have stayed at 4 star hotels but have never had the staff e so attentive to our needs and wants."

"The room is very clean. But yesterday when my sister check in at 9:15 p.m, the receptionist asked my sister to pay 500Baht for the deposits which she paid. When my sister asked for a receipt, she just don't know the answers and kept saying some words which we didn't understand . Then she was seaching her notes and after 10 minutes, finally she wrote a recipe. When we asked for a copy, she just said something we didn't understand. We spent more than 15 minutes waiting for the receipt. The hotel...
