Khlong Ton Sai

Bangkok

Fabulous place. Looks like a fairy tell shopping mall. A must visit when you are in Bangkok, Thailand
There is a small railway station located at Wongwian Yai railway station. The map is showing the BTS, but it's located just off the BTS station. For 9 THB you can take an hour ride on a commuter train out to the Thai countryside. We were the only foreigners on the train and it ends in a large street market. The train ride is the fun part - you ride through villages just outside of Bangkok - an interesting alternative to the city.
Good stay near river side

We liked the location of the Avani. Rooftop bar and restaurants were quite good. Our two issues, although they appear insignificant, did matter.
