"I booked a Krungthep Wing Deluxe suite after several stays in the Shangri La wing and found the suite to be excellent in size and convenience. There was no coffee maker or pods in the room but the hotel provided one a day later. It is a short walk to the Shangri La wing for breakfast and access to the Horizon Club as this wing no longer has club lounge facilities but is all under cover and airconditioned. As this wing is closer to the BTS system travelling around the city is easy and the hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to Iconsiam several times a day. The Horizon Club has two white and two red wines for the cocktail hour as well as a prosecco and small bites to snack on. Each night there was a different variety of a small creme brulee to enjoy with a choice of cocktails."

"Same hotel different name Despite the odd checkin hiccup - staff were awesome and gave me an upgrade (late check in early check out helps) This hotel used to be a novotel now changed to hyatt with zero refurbishment with parts looking quite tired But being at the airport nakes it convenient "

"I saw the ad in the elevator for unlimited wings for 689thb everyday from 1500-1900. I went to the poolside for it. I waited for a full one hour before they told me they needed another half hour to bring me the wings. The time I went in was 1630. I left at 1850, because I had a dinner to go to. So for two hours, I waited for 8 chicken wings and that was it. Terrible service. If you cannot deliver then do not advertise!"

"The hotel is centrally located, right near public transportation and great shopping in walking distance. The room has a washer/dryer and full size fridge + microwave, excellent blackout shades and the rooms seemed pretty noise-proof, contributing to a good night’s sleep even with jet lag. The staff are super helpful. I debated staying in this hotel, among several choices, and am totally satisfied with that choice. Thank you to all the staff members (concierge, doormen, room cleaner(s) and wonderful front desk."
