"Air conditioner is kind of noisy. What is funny is that the clerk was unable to give me a receipt for my stay (the first for me in my entire life)."

"Hotel was very clean and nice , room was small but nice and clean and more than enough since we were out all day and were just there to sleep. Comfortable beds and good shower. Roof tops hot tubs were wonderful with beautiful views. The only complaint is that we went to lobby restaurant for breakfast and asked for a table for two, but were told by the hostess that they wouldn’t seat us without a reservation - even though there were about 15 empty tables. We found Farm & Fire restaurant two doors down the street and they had a great breakfast and friendly service. Highly suggest everyone go there instead . "

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. It’s brand new and everything is absolutely modern and clean. Staff will do whatever you need and they give you a nice fresh press, coffee or tea every morning. The restaurant was also amazing and we had the ribeye which was crazy good quality! There’s no Hot Tubs in Banff like that with a beautiful view. We highly recommend this hotel or its sister hotel, which is right next-door."

"Old charm hotel in the middle of one of the worlds most beautiful lakes. Pinch yourself views from your deck especially after the tourists have left for the day. Seriously off grid, no mobile, no WiFi (in the rooms) . Rooms are a bit dated, but goes with the whole character. Restaurant delicious, with serious Albertan options.. Buffalo, Elk, Salomon etc. Not easy for the less mobile, lots of steps to the older cabins but there are newer ones which I didn't visit. Nice little hot tub/jacuzzi and sauna to view the lake from. A lifetime experience"
