"Great room size, lots of room for ski supplies, available storage lockers on the main floor as well. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, welcoming staff. Breakfast at the Brazen restaurant was very good as well. Close to everything downtown Banff. Will definitely stay again. "

"The Otter was fantastic! The restaurant down stairs “God Folk” was great and very reasonably priced given the dishes being served. If I had to say a negative I would say that although our room was very clean, the hallways were noticeably dirty and could be vacuumed more regularly. The fitness and hot tub area is amazing with beautiful mountain views. We got engaged on this trip and The Otter definitely added to the romantic feel of the weekend."

"I was very satisfied with our stay. The kitchen and fireplace (with free firewood) were a must during the winter, and I’m so glad they were able to accommodate our requests. It made our stay super cozy!!! A Big thanks to front desk staff Hannah who was very polite/ always willing to help. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job keeping our room clean and restocking the bathroom essential."
