"Service was terrible, tv ancient and not work at all, food finished earlier than advertised so had to walk to nearby restaurant which was a bonus on main road and out of crap hotel, dont bother"

"I booked and already paid at 9:25 pm.
Arrived at the hotel at midnight, there was no staff at the front. Tried to make a phone be call written there but there was no answer.
Even though I left some message on SMS, they don't answer.
Finally I drove home without staying in the rain. I don't think it's good as much as it should be."

"Our stay at the center grand was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the mattress was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with its wide variety of fresh options. And the club food and service were fantastic The hotel's location was perfect, being within walking distance of major mall and public transport, and it was a very pleasant stay overall. "
