"The restaurant that is highly lauded in some reviews did not exist. Once there, the owner’s son tells me that they close the restaurant during the slow season….which was NOT disclosed when I booked. It’s in a very secluded area but a drive to restaurants about 15 mins away. There’s a restaurant next door, but the opening time depends on their mood, one day was 10am and next day was 11am. They were both weekdays. They don’t clean the rooms so I had to walk to front desk for new towels and water....
"This property is out of this world, a true hidden gem in Thailand! We booked it last minute as my partner wanted to escape Phuket, and we were so lucky to find this place further north. The beach is absolutely pristine, and the design of the hotel is just breathtaking.
The staff are incredibly helpful and genuinely kind, making us feel so well looked after. The food was outstanding, Aulis was honestly one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had.
My only regret is that we only stayed for...

"Loved our stay! The view from our room was the best surprise. We also loved the breakfast buffet, the free yoga and boat tour. The resort is beautiful, clean and has lots of nature. "It was near the airport and we didn’t hear any planes flying by, very quiet. We also saw the resort while on our plan taking-off. Outside the resort seemed to be a lot of restaurant but we didn’t spend enough time to walk around to enjoy them. While I was there the water park was closed. The front desk said they should be open in October and it actually looked fun, as a 39 year old I would go. Breakfast was delicious, staff was wonderful, resort was clean, they had a shuttle running continuously, I actually enjoyed my stay. Well done Splash Beach resort, well done! "
