The rooms are spacious and well maintained, but they charge for warming your food in a microwave, and you have to pay extra for everything, we have stayed in hotels cheapers than this one that includes drinks in the fridge, microwave and better facilities, the staff is friendly but the beach view was really disappointing, dirty and dangerous, it wasn’t the worst, it’s just ok.

We arrived there at 1028am tired and exhausted and on registration at 1031am asked if we can get a light breakfast and they said breakfast closed at 1030am, no smiles, or, I will see what we could do. On arriving in our room there was hair in the tub, and most places were dusty. We were asked to deposit $100US for another room pass ( I never heard of this) on adking why we were just told this is what we do. The 100US was refunded on checking out. The beach was great, although on the beach the locals do massages in the opened and some parts smelt of stale fish. Our room and the view from our room is nice. No trolleys work a few days so we opt to walk to the breakfast area. Lucky and Pok who worked the trolley and the lady for housekeeping Mia were all very helpful and pleasant despite their little English. The hotel is far from most activities, great restaurants and tours. We were picked up from the hotel and dropped back for all tour packages.

Very beautiful hotel and breakfast is very accommodating to all cuisines. Staff and okay and don’t expect late check out. I would stay here again just for the hotel, otherwise the location is on the beach and not near to restaurants.

Beautiful resort with unique and characteristic Thai architecture which was very appealing. It seems however that the upkeep has dwindled as of the past few years as the exterior needs a facelift in the shape of new paint and rehabilitation of the pool areas (just a little). The staff was very courteous and helpful and the dining was delectable and portions, generous.

Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The premises is lovely and the pool expands almost the entire property. A lovely beach is across the street. We did find the property a little outdated and needed some repairs, but nothing that impacted our stay. Our biggest complaint is that we opted for the breakfast buffet plan. It was 0630-1030 daily but everyday the food was exactly the same and if you were not there by 0900 hours at the latest food had run out and was rarely replenished resulting in people having to choose the "leftovers". Overall a good stay for the money.

It was a fine enough resort. Mostly families. Near enough to the airport. There was a giant spider in my bed but I suppose that’s not uncommon. The food was ok, breakfast seemed like a ton of people and food was just out in the open for the bugs to get at. The surrounding area was not great. Not anything within walking distance.

The place is nice enough. A little dated though. Area is dead and nothing of interest nearby except a few abandoned resorts next to this one. Looks kind off like the apocalypse hit. Make sure you rent a car unless swimming the beach or pool is the only thing you’re looking to do. We did have a nice sunset over the ocean view from our room which was nice. Buffet was not the best.

A very strange layout, perhaps due to the derelict building at the front, Tsunami damage? It means none of the rooms have sea views. The accommodation block is separate to the main hotel and is very long and narrow, it can be a long walk to breakfast. They've biult a lovely pool along the entire length which makes it jnteresting. It is a ery short walk to the beach.
