"Old building but staff tries hard to make up for it. I had damage and broken items in my room, but staff worked immediately to correct. Breakfast was sufficient."

"Room was ok, the refrigerator was too small. The bathroom had a stained washcloth the toilet was not clean. The breakfast was minimal. The hash browns were old and the coffee was terrible. The lobby could have been cleaner and the outside property was riddled with trash! "

"I reserved the room for the night of 4/11. They showed it as 4/12. I did not stay at the hotel and Expedia refused to refund or credit my $180. Customer service from Expedia was poor. Connected me to a chat bot and never let me speak with a person. Same as theft as far as I'm concerned. A crooked, deceitful way of doing business."
