Room was clean, safe, had enough room for 2 adults. Staff was kind and responsive; they accommodated my request for a room close to the elevator. One star deducted for the breakfast which was laking (it was all prepackaged carbs), and outdated facilities (elevator response ran very slow).

The room was average. Dimly lit and older television. Vents were disgusting and covered in layers of dust. Room ceiling had water stains, peeling paint, and holes. Beds were comfortable. Hyatt Place Baltimore Inner Harbor
DIdn't get the breakfast because it closed earlier than advertised on weekdays. Staff was not the most welcoming. Our AC was broken for several hours, they did end up fixing it. Carpet was filthy dirty. Just don't feel I got what I paid for.
