The gentleman at the front desk and his assistant was very helpful. They tried their best to check us in a little early before we left to our sporting event we were in town for. The hotel is on the older side, but everything was very clean. I would say great value for your money.

The room was clean and the front desk let us keep our bags there before we checked in. We checked in around 11:30 PM. They have a 24 hour clerk on duty which is helpful. It was a nice place to sleep at for a night but I don't think I'll go back there again.

We arrived at 4 for a 3 o'clock check in and were told we did not have a room that was ready. We were told it may be hours. Excuses were used of lack of housekeeping and call offs. We actually did get a room within 10 minutes and it was clean and smelled like cleaning products. There were absolutely no amenities, just a bar of soap. My husband washed his hair with it, all while screaming about the lack of water pressure. We arrived back late at night to locked doors at the office and a sign to use the additional stairwell. It was not well lit and was sketchy at best. After signing documents saying we would not smoke on the premises, we were greeted with the lovely smell of ganja throughout the entire facility. Sketchy is the best thing I can say. The woman working the counter in the a.m. was lovely and she deserves a better location of employment. I hope she finds it.
